Company Apology

CellFurb HQ would like to formally apologize to all our Whistler customers. We had a big issue with our systems which resulted in our system booking appointments on Monday November 12th. Support staff follow each locations individual system and unfortunately this resulted in multiple booked appointments. We received numerous complaints this evening from customers who showed up on site and were not served. We are reaching out to each of you individually with a resolution. Once again CellFurb apologizes for any and all inconveniences this may have caused. We are working with our development team to ensure a mistake like this is not repeated.
