*Screen protectors are not installed in a dust free environment. We have an extremely high success rate and we will do our absolute best to make sure there is no dust under the protector. Refunds will not be given for screen protectors with dust particles under the protector. See Terms for more information.  
** If we are required to order a part a 50% down payment will be charge before ordering! 
 *** A $10 No Show Fee will be applied to your account if you do not show up in your scheduled time slot. Techs can NOT void this fee, it is automated in our system. This fee can only be deducted by our head office. Disputes can be emailed to support(at)cellfurb(dot)ca

How To Get Your Phone To Us! 

We offer a variety of options to help make your life easier!

1. Drop Off In The Village - We have a location right in the village by the village square. This location will remain a "by appointment only" location. Our Village location will be open 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm every night of the week.

2. Pick Up And Delivery - We offer a pickup and delivery service which costs an extra $20 plus tax. We will come to your house, pick up your device, fix it and bring it back. If you require just a pickup or just a delivery it will cost an extra $20 plus tax. 

3. Hotel Pickup/ Delivery - We offer a hotel pickup and delivery service for a low cost. You can leave your phone at the front desk and one of our staff members will pick up your device and return it when it is repaired. You can either leave cash at the front desk, pay via credit card or pay securely online during the repair! Hotels that are not on our list fall under our regular pickup and delivery service.

2: Book an appointment within our hours and locations.
3: Check your email for a confirmation email (Check your junk box if you can't find it)
4. Back up your device on iTunes or iCloud
5: Come out to our village location or have it collected
6: Come back when the repair is finished
7: Pay for the repair. We accept Debit, Credit Cards, and exact Cash.
8: Enjoy your newly fixed phone!
